WHY AIM?
AIM began with a simple question:
What if schools could value curiosity as much as grades?
We are a student-led movement at KIS Jeju, formed to restore fairness, integrity, and genuine learning within our classrooms.
Our goal is not to reject exams or competition — but to challenge the system that values results over understanding.
By fostering honest dialogue between students and teachers, AIM seeks to rebuild a culture where learning is driven by curiosity, not compliance; by depth, not repetition.
Our work combines empathy with action.
From observing how grading policies shape learning habits
to sharing stories of overlooked student voices,
AIM turns awareness into advocacy.
We collaborate with teachers, propose alternative assessment ideas,
and gather student feedback to make classrooms fairer and more meaningful.
This is not a protest!
It’s a movement toward better learning.
Our Goals
Redefine what it means to learn
Build fairness and transparency in assessment
Foster curiosity, creativity, and dialogue
